Information about the problem

The problem appears as follows: the additional keyboard keys do not work when the game is running. They do not work both in the game itself and in the operating system, even if the game is minimised.

There are many reasons for the occurrence of this problem, here are the most common ones:

• Keyboard firmware is corrupted or needs to be updated to fix;
• Game files that affect the operation of additional keys are corrupted;
• Various viruses affecting the keyboard are present in the operating system;
• Applications affecting the keyboard are present in the operating system;
• Critical operating system updates and patches are missing;
• Operating system components are corrupted or an assembly is installed;
• Game protection conflicts with additional keys (cannot be fixed personally).

Firmware update for the keyboard

Update the firmware on the keyboard. This is usually done using an app or the firmware itself.

Checking the integrity of game files
