Information about the problem
The problem appears as follows: while playing the game, the device shuts down without errors.
There are many reasons for the occurrence of this problem, here are the most common ones:
- The components overheat and enter an emergency shutdown stage;
- The device power supply is defective and needs to be repaired or replaced;
- The power supply is overloaded and cannot power all components;
- The power outlet or surge protector where the device is plugged in is defective;
- One of the components has been damaged, and is causing a failure.

Clean the device from dirt and dust inside
Perform a complete maintenance of your device by cleaning it of dust and dirt. Besides removing dirt, be sure to replace the thermal paste on the processor and graphics chip of the graphics card.

Replacement of the power supply unit in the device
