What is the Blue Screen of Death?
Blue Screen of Death is a reaction of the Windows operating system to a critical error that occurred during its operation. In case of such an error, the device will not be able to work correctly.
This problem is typical for a wide range of failures, from software incompatibility to temperature increase of one of the device components, and has different ways of solving it.
What to do in this situation?
This screen displays a special error code. It may look like a set of numbers and letters (example: 0×0000000F) or a combination of different words written in upper case (using “Caps Lock”) and often connected by underscores (example: SPIN_LOCK_ALREADY_OWNED).
You need to enter this code in the search bar of your browser and then check the internet for individual instructions on how to solve the problem you have.
There may also be a QR code on the Blue Screen of Death. Hover the QR-scanner on your mobile device over it to get an individual link to the official page of the Microsoft company, where there will be an instruction on how to solve the problem.
