Authorisation error in the game



Information about the problem

The problem appears as follows: when logging into the game, the following message appears: “Authorisation error. Please relog in the game”. It is impossible to enter the game. As a rule, it looks as follows:

There are many reasons for the occurrence of this problem, here are the most common ones:

  • The router has a large amount of cache that needs to be cleared
  • Viruses are present in the operating system and are blocking the connection
  • There are active antivirus applications in the operating system
  • Unwanted applications are present in the operating system
  • A VPN or Proxy is in use that blocks connection to the server
  • For some reason, there are restrictions on connection to the game from the ISP

Below are the possible solutions to this problem. Please follow them step by step.


Re-authorisation in the account

Close the STALCRAFT: X: X game and re-authorise with your platform account.


Installing the correct version of the EXBO Launcher

Uninstall the current version of the EXBO Launcher and install a new one appropriate for your region.


Rebooting the network router

Unplug the router from the power supply for about 5–10 seconds. After that, plug it in again.


Disabling all VPNs and Proxy

Disable all VPN and Proxy so that nothing interferes with your internet connection.
