Information about the problem
The problem appears as follows: an error with the text “Java Virtual Machine Error” appears, which does not allow launching the game. In this situation, it is impossible to launch the game in any way.
There are many reasons for the occurrence of this problem, here are the most common ones:
- The Hyper-V component in the operating system settings is enabled;
- The Windows security service core isolation feature is used;
- Core virtualisation is enabled in the BIOS settings of your device;
- Important operating system updates and patches are missing;
- The operating system is corrupted or the Hyper-V component is corrupted;
- An operating system build that does not have Hyper-V is installed.
