MSInfo32 and DxDiag reports

1. Press Win + R keyboard shortcut. Enter the command “MSInfo32” (without quotation marks) and press “OK”.

2. The “System Information” window will appear. Open the “File” tab and click the “Export” button.

3. In the window that appears, select “Desktop” and name the file “MSInfo32” (without quotation marks).

4. Click the “Save” button and send this system report to the support team.

2. A notification appears that the digital signature of the drivers can be verified. Click the “Yes” button.

3. The “DirectX Diagnostic Tool” window appears. Wait for the download process to complete.

4. Tick the “Check for WHQL digital signatures” checkbox and click the “Save all information” button.

5. In the window that appears, select “Desktop” and name the file “DxDiag” (without quotation marks).

6. Click the “Save” button and send this system report to the support team.
