Game character stolen
Information on the status of a stolen character
On 01.09.2022 the possibility to transfer characters was completely removed from the STALCRAFT: X game.
A character is only considered stolen if it was transferred by an intruder.
The reason for submitting a request for the return of a stolen character is not:
- Loss of character due to account data sharing;
- Personally transferred character to another account;
- Selling or transferring a game character to another person.
What should I do if an intruder has stolen a character?
We can return a stolen character to the EXBO account from which it was stolen.
In order to do this, you will need to do the following steps:
- Check the operating system using the Malwarebytes application.
- Follow all the recommendations in the EXBO account security guide.
- Send a ticket to our support team and attach the filled form to it.

Attention! You should create a ticket from the account where the character was stolen.
