Change of character name

Change of character name and how it works

At the moment, the function to change a character's game name (nickname) is not in the public access.

Character names can only be changed through the support team and only if it violates the licence agreement. This means that only names that are offensive, obscene, or prohibited for any other reasons described in the agreement can be changed.

We would like to inform you in advance that the support team and the game security department reserve the right to independently determine the correctness of any new game name.


Sending a ticket for game name change

You can create a request to change your game name by sending a ticket to our support team.

The following filled form must be attached to the ticket:

  1. Character name to be changed:
  2. New game name (no need to create a character):
  3. Platform you are playing on:
  4. Region you are playing on:
  5. Reason for creating a character with this name:

This type of ticket must be created from the account where the character with the prohibited game name is located.

We remind you that our game is located on the following platforms: EXBO, Steam, VK Play, 4game.

Also, our game is available on the following regions: Russia, Europe, North America, Southeast Asia.


Requirements for a new game name

A new game name for a character must meet the following requirements:

  • Name of character can contain from 3 to 16 characters;
  • Name of character can only consist of Latin letters;
  • Name of character must begin with a capital letter;
  • Name of character must not contain numbers and other characters, except for “_”;
  • Name of character must not contain direct or indirect insults;
  • Name of character must not contain direct or indirect profanity;
  • Name of character must not contain direct or indirect elements of sexualisation;
  • Name of character must not contain direct or indirect politics in it;
  • Name of character should not include names or descriptions of intimate body parts.

Never create a character with a new name or delete an old one to take over its name. Deleting a character does not release the game name in the game character database.
