What should I do if my game region has changed?
Sometimes there are situations when the region of the STALCRAFT: X game changes on its own.
This problem is caused by network changes in your area, or by a relocation.
It is only possible to change a region if the user has previously played on that region, but for some reason it has changed. A user may not apply to change a region if they simply want to change it for personal reasons. For example, in order to make the gameplay easier.
If your situation is one of those, then you need to perform the following steps:
- Change the password on the account to a more complex one and end all authorisation sessions.
- Enable two-factor authentication by application, depending on the platform.
- Send a ticket to our support team and attach the filled form to it.
