Transfer of balance between regions



Transfer of balance and how it works

A balance transfer is a procedure where you can transfer your balance from one region to another if you originally topped up in a different region than where you originally intended.

This type of request works exclusively within the same account and last payment.

If a player topped up in the wrong region, they have 72 hours to submit a request.

It is not possible to transfer a balance from one account to another.


Sending a request for balance transfer

Balance transfer request is made by sending a ticket to our support team.

The following filled-in form should be attached to the ticket:

  1. Name of character where the balance was topped up:
  2. Platform you are playing on: 
  3. Region where you topped up balance:
  4. Region where you wanted to top up balance:
  5. File or screenshot of the e-cheque:

Attention! You should create a ticket from the account where the problem occurred.
