Transfer of battle pass



A pass has been purchases on the wrong character

We can try transferring the battle pass to another character.

Transfer is only possible within the same account.

Progress on your character will be reset to zero until the battle pass is activated.

Also, a battle pass can only be transferred if the character on which the battle pass was activated has not made significant progress since its activation.

If your situation is one of those, then you need to perform the following steps:

  1. Change the password on the account to a more complex one and end all authorisation sessions.
  2. Enable two-factor authentication by application, depending on the platform.
  3. Send a ticket to our support team and attach the filled form to it.
