Why is security important?
The internet is a vast network connecting billions of people around the world. It is the Internet that allows you to play games, watch films, use services and even work remotely.

Our game is no exception, there are various fraudsters as well. Everywhere there are many players, there will always be someone who wants to gain some benefit at the expense of another person.

Creating a strong password
The password must be complex, i.e. it must contain letters in different registers, numbers and various symbols. Think of it as the key to your home. The longer and more complicated it is, the harder it will be for an intruder to gain access to your account.
Never use the same password on different services — it's convenient, but very dangerous.
You can combine words, dates, numbers and more when creating your password. This will make your password unique and complex, and will help you not forget it.
You can always use special services such as password generators, if you find it difficult to create a password, or if you simply don't want to make something up.

Setting up a valid e-mail address
Email is the primary and the last opportunity to regain access to your EXBO account independently.
If your email has been deleted, inactive or lost for a long time, you should change it immediately. You can do this by contacting our technical support team.
The email itself must be secure. We recommend using all the security features that various email services have.

Activating two-factor authentication
Two-factor authentication is the highest level of security for your account.
We have two methods of two-factor authentication: by email and by app.
We recommend using two-factor authentication via the Google Authenticator app.
What are the benefits of this two-factor authentication? Let's consider them in more detail:
- Authorization codes are generated on your mobile phone and are therefore protected from others;
- This protection prevents an intruder from doing anything to the account.
Two-factor authentication by email is less secure than the Google Authenticator app. If you lose your email, it will be easier for a hacker to gain access to your account and steal it, as all the confirmation codes are sent to it.

What else is worth remembering?
- Never send your password to anyone, not even company employees;
- Do not download dubious apps or third-party software for our game;
