In accordance with clause 9.7 of the current licence agreement, refunds are at the sole discretion of EXBO company. This clause has the following interpretation:

9.7. Refund can be made under the following circumstances:

● If the Paid Content has been lost due to an error in the Game. In this case, the User may receive back the Paid Content in the Game but not the monetary equivalent;
● At EXBO Company’s own discretion.

In accordance with clause 9.9 of the current licence agreement, EXBO company has the right to refuse a refund for any reason. This clause has the following interpretation:

9.9. EXBO Company reserves the right to refuse a refund for Paid Content without indicating a reason.
