Some users may encounter errors when topping up the balance in the STALCRAFT: X game using the Xsolla payment system. This guide will list possible errors and provide some ways to solve them.

Errors when topping up via Xsolla
- Error “1002” — payment amount is too large to complete the transaction. Try again with a smaller amount;
- Error “1019” — mobile operator does not support this service. Change the payment method;
- Error “1049” — payment rejected by Xsolla payment system. Contact Xsolla support;
- Error “1092” — payment rejected by Xsolla payment system. Contact Xsolla support;
- Error “1058” — payment rejected by the bank for security reasons. Contact the bank support;
- Error “2001” — specified payment method is temporarily unavailable. Change the payment method;
- Error “2002” — specified payment method is temporarily unavailable. Change the payment method;
- Error “2009” — limit on the number of payment attempts has been exceeded;
- Error “3017” — limit on the number of payment attempts has been exceeded;
- Error “2048” — Xsolla payment system was unable to process this payment;
- Error “2007” — user details are incorrect. Check if the data is correct;
- Error “3030” — specified payment method is not available in this region. Change it;
- Error “3032” — payment is not possible at the moment. Try again in a while.
