Error when topping up via Steam

Some users may encounter errors when topping up the balance in the STALCRAFT: X game when using the internal balance of the Steam platform. This guide will list possible errors and provide some ways to solve them.

Errors when topping up via Steam

  • Error “1” — an error has occurred, but the payment has been successfully made. Close the page;
  • Error “2” — payment has not been made. Try again in a while;
  • Error “3” — invalid parameter. Try again in a while;
  • Error “4” — internal system error. Try again in a while;
  • Error “5” — user did not approve the payment. Try again in a while;
  • Error “6” — payment has already been made. Close the page and try again if necessary;
  • Error “7” — user is not authorised in the account. Authorise in Steam;
  • Error “8” — user's currency does not match currency on the Steam account;
  • Error “9” — Steam account does not exist, is temporarily unavailable or blocked;
  • Error “10” — payment rejected by the user. Close the page and try again;
  • Error “11” — payment is rejected because the user is located in a restricted area;
  • Error “12” — payment is rejected because the payment agreement is not active;
  • Error “13” —  payment agreement could not be processed because its type is not “GAME”;
  • Error “14” — payment agreement withheld due to disputed payment or recall of funds;
  • Error “15” — payment agreement could not be processed because its type is not “STEAM”;
  • Error “16” — user already has a payment agreement for this game. Try again;
  • Error “100” — not enough funds to make the payment. Top up the balance of the method;
  • Error “101” — waiting period for payment completion has been exceeded. Try again later;
  • Error “102” — user account is blocked. Contact Steam support;
  • Error “103” — account is not allowed to make payments. Contact Steam support;
  • Error “104” — payment rejected due to fraud. Contact Steam support;
  • Error “105” — saved payment method is missing. Close the page and try again;
  • Error “106” — making the payment would result in exceeding the set limit;
  • Error “107” — payment rejected due to another pending payment.


The above methods did not work for me

If the issue cannot be solved by yourself, try to contact Steam support for a solution or further instructions.

If the issue cannot be solved with the platform support service, try to contact the support service of the bank you are using. You can find their contacts on the website or in the app.

If none of the support services have been able to help you with this issue, please try contacting our support centre. We may be able to give you some instructions.
