Some users may encounter errors when topping up the balance in the STALCRAFT: X game using the Unitpay payment system. This guide will list possible errors and provide some ways to solve them.

Errors when topping up via Unitpay
- Error “Temporary error on the payment system side, check the payment details and repeat the request later” — temporary error on the payment system side, check the entered details of your payment method and repeat the payment attempt;
- Error “Error on the side of the acquiring bank. Please try again in 15 minutes” — close the page completely and try again in 15 minutes;
- Error “Insufficient funds” — insufficient funds to make the payment;
- Error “This transaction is temporarily unavailable for your card. Try to pay with another card or by another method” — the payment has not been confirmed by the bank. Contact the bank directly;
- Error “Insufficient level of client identification” — the payment is not confirmed by your mobile operator. In this case, you need to contact its support service;
- Error “Card failed 3DS-authentication or rejected by the payment system” — the attempt to make a payment was rejected by the acquiring bank for one or several reasons;
- Error “Payment confirmation error occurred. Please repeat the payment in 5 minutes by confirming it with the code from SMS or push notification” — try to repeat the payment attempt in 5 minutes, be sure to check the correctness of the entered code;
- Error “Error on the side of the issuing bank. Please repeat the payment in 10 minutes” — try to make the payment again or use another payment method;
- Error “Card issuing country is not included in the list of allowed countries” — it is not possible to top up with the card of this country due to some restrictions imposed.
The above methods did not work for me
