Disabling refresh rate in Windows 11
1. Open the Start menu and go to Settings in the Windows 11 operating system.
2. In the list, open the “System” category. Go to the “Display” section.
3. A list of options for the “Display” section will appear. At the very bottom, open the “Graphics” subsection.
4. While in this subsection, click the “Change default graphics settings” button.
5. Move the slider of the “Variable refresh rate” parameter to the “Off” position.
6. Reboot the device. After that, the variable refresh rate will be successfully disabled.
