Complaint against a security staff member

Complaints against EXBO security staff can be filed by sending a letter to [email protected]. The term of complaint processing is 30 working days.

The following reasons are not grounds for complaining about EXBO security staff:

  • Getting banned in the STALCRAFT: X game for any reason;
  • Refusal to review a ban received in the STALCRAFT: X game;
  • Problems with the distribution system or balance in the STALCRAFT: X game;
  • Long wait for a response from the department staff.
