Conditions for reviewing in-game bans
You have the right to request a review of any in-game ban, excluding:
- Bans for using external software.
- Bans for violating point 4.2.2 of the Licensing Agreement.
You can make a request to our Technical Support Center, using a special form. Copy and paste the form and fill it in, then send it to us.

4. The name of your game character:
