Bug Bounty programme description
The Bug Bounty programme is an initiative of EXBO Company, which is aimed at mutual cooperation with users with regard to identification and elimination of bugs of special priority.
The programme applies to all projects and resources of the company. Whether it be games, websites and the like.
Bug Bounty joining process
The process of joining the “Bug Bounty” programme starts automatically by sending information about a bug of special priority to one of the existing support departments or to automatic systems for accepting such requests. As a rule, such systems are bug trackers.
Attention! EXBO employees do not accept information about any bugs directly and do not provide an award for them.
Bug Bounty programme awards
Award is given only for bugs of special priority. Such bugs can be dupes, critical vulnerabilities of server systems, critical vulnerabilities of sites, significant ways of earning money, which were not originally intended by the developers, but appeared by accident.
Our team is perfectly aware that there are plenty of bugs in the game. However, you will not be rewarded for a simple map break or an incorrect element in the model. We remind you that each user is obliged to report vulnerabilities in accordance with the licence agreement:
4.1. User shall not perform the following actions in relation to the Game:
4.1.3. Exploit design errors, bugs, and any other technical errors of the Game in any form or means. The User who detects such errors in the Game must stop using them and notify EXBO Company within the next 24 hours after their detection by contacting the Technical Support Centre or one of the authorized departments of Technical Support, stating in detail and truthfully all the circumstances of their detection and use, as well as performing all actions offered in the Technical Support Centre or authorized departments of Technical Support. If the User has any doubts about whether the functioning of any particular in-game process or object is currently functioning correctly, or there are anomalies, deviations, or errors in its operation, the User shall suspend the use of such process or object and contact the Technical Support Centre or one of the authorized Technical Support departments to obtain the relevant explanations.
The reward for reporting bugs of this nature is real money.
- Russian region (RU) — up to 150,000 ₽;
- European region (EU) — up to $1,500;
- North American region (NA) — up to $1,500;
- South-East Asia region (SEA) — up to $1,500.
The region is determined by the nationality of the user who submitted the information about the bug.
Instead of real money, you can request Stalcoins of equal amount.
Also, as an additional reward, EXBO Company can also issue unique types of paints on weapons or armour.
The severity of the bug is determined unilaterally by the lead staff.
EXBO Company reserves the right to change the amount of the award or to cancel it completely, if the user initially provided information about the bug not to the support team or through automatic systems of acceptance of such information, but directly to the EXBO employees.
