Reviewing an in-game ban

Conditions for game ban review

You have the right to request a review of any game ban, except for a ban for violating clause 4.1.1 of the current licence agreement (third-party software and/or file replacements).

Requests for ban review are submitted by creating a ticket to our support centre. In the text field of the ticket, attach the filled in form, located in the section below.
