Game client logs in EXBO

Types of STALCRAFT: X game logs

STALCRAFT: X game on EXBO platform can create the following types of log files:

  • Files “client”;
  • Files “watchdog”;
  • Files “hs_err_pid”;
  • Files “crashreports”;
  • Files “translation_errors”.


“client”, “watchdog” and “translation_errors” files

1. Launch the EXBO Launcher and log in to your account, if necessary.

2. The “STALCRAFT: X” section will open immediately. Hold down the Shift key and click on the tool icon.

3. The list of functions for the STALCRAFT: X game will appear. Press the “Show latest log” button.

4. The “logs” folder will open. This is where the log files “client” and “watchdog” are located.

5. Select all these files and send them to our support team, if necessary.


“hs_err_pid” files

1. Launch the EXBO Launcher and log in to your account, if necessary.

2. The “STALCRAFT: X” section will open immediately. Click on the tool icon in the bottom right corner.

3. A list of functions for the STALCRAFT: X game will appear. Press the “Open folder” button.

4. The file “hs_err_pid” will be located either in the “STALCRAFT: X” folder or in the “runtime” folder.

5. Select this file and send it to our support team, if necessary.

2. The STALCRAFT: X section will open immediately. Click on the tool icon in the bottom right corner.

3. A list of functions for the STALCRAFT: X game will appear. Press the “Show crash logs” button.

4. The “crash-reports” folder will open. This is where the “crashreport” log files are located.

5. Select the most recent file and send it to our support team, if necessary.
