Description of character properties
Main properties
- Vitality — affects the damage taken from any source;
- Stamina — affects the maximum energy that the character can spend on moving;
- Speed — affects the speed at which your character moves;
- Carry weight — the weight limit of the items that your character can carry. Going over this limit will cause your character to move extremely slowly;
- Regeneration — the speed at which your character's health regenerates;
- Stamina regeneration — the speed at which your character's energy reserves regenerate.
Defensive properties
- Bullet resistance — affects the damage taken from bullets;
- Melee protection — affects the damage taken from knives, mutants' claws, etc;
- Explosion protection — affects the damage taken from explosions;
- Resistance to electricity — affects the damage taken from electricity;
- Resistance to fire — affects the damage taken from fire;
- Resistance to chemicals — affects the damage taken from chemical burns.
Infection protection
- Rad protection — affects the speed at which radiation from external sources builds up;
- Thermal protection — affects the speed at which the player heats up due to external heat sources;
- Bioprotection — affects the speed at which biological infection from external sources builds up;
- Psy-protection — affects the intensity of exposure to psy-emissions from external sources;
- Bleeding protection — affects the duration of incoming bleeding effects.
