Password recovery via the STALCRAFT website
1. Go to the official STALCRAFT website. Click “Log in”, then “Forgot password”.
2. Enter your account login or email address. Press the “Send” button.
3. Enter the verification code from the two-factor authentication and press the “Send” button.
4. Then pass the robot check by clicking on the grey box next to “I'm not a robot” paragraph.
5. Open your email and look for the letter from EXBO.
6. Open this letter. In it, click on “Reset password” or follow the link below.
7. Enter a new password in the new window, then repeat it. Press the “Send” button.
8. Done! You have successfully recovered the password for the EXBO account. You can now log in.
Password recovery via the EXBO website
1. Go to the official EXBO website and in the top right corner click on “Log In” button.
2. A new window will open. Click on the “Forgot password?” button in the centre.
3. Enter your account login or email address. Press the “Send” button.
4. Enter the verification code from the two-factor authentication and press the “Send” button.
5. Then pass the robot check by clicking on the grey box next to “I'm not a robot” paragraph.
6. Open your email and look for the letter from EXBO.
7. Open this letter. In it, click on “Reset password” or follow the link below.
8. Enter a new password in the new window, then repeat it. Press the “Send” button.
9. Done! You have successfully recovered the password for the EXBO account. You can now log in.
Password recovery in EXBO Launcher
1. Start the EXBO Launcher. In the authorization window, press the “Reset password” button.
2. A new window will open. Click on the “Forgot password?” button in the centre.
3. Enter your account login or email address. Press the “Send” button.
4. Enter the verification code from the two-factor authentication and press the “Send” button.
5. Then pass the robot check by clicking on the grey box next to “I'm not a robot” paragraph.
6. Open your email and look for the letter from EXBO.
7. Open this letter. In it, click on “Reset password” or follow the link below.
8. Enter a new password in the new window, then repeat it. Press the “Send” button.
9. Done! You have successfully recovered the password for the EXBO account. You can now log in.
