Types of STALCRAFT: X game logs
STALCRAFT: X game on Steam platform can create the following types of log files:
- Files “client”;
- Files “watchdog”;
- Files “hs_err_pid”;
- Files “crashreports”;
- Files “translation_errors”.
These files are located in the “STALCRAFT: X” game folder.
Opening the STALCRAFT: X folder in Epic Games
1. Launch the Epic Games and log in to your account, if necessary.
2. Click on the “Library” section on the left. Find the game STALCRAFT: X in the list.
3. Click on the three dots icon (1) and select “Manage” (2) from the list that appears
4. In the new window, find the section named “Installation” and click on the folder icon.
5. A file explorer window will appear, showing the folder with the STALCRAFT: X game files.
Location of “client” and “watchdog” files
1. Go to the “logs” folder, where you will find the logs as “client” and “watchdog” files.
2. Select all these files and send them to our support team, if necessary.
Location of “hs_err_pid” and “crashreport” files
1. Go to the “crash-reports” folder, where you will find logs as “hs_err_pid” and “crashreport” files.
2. Select these files and send them to our support team if necessary.
