VK Play video recording function
The VK Play app has the functionality to create a video screen recording.
You can record an area of the screen by pressing the key combination Win+ F5.
This function works in apps and games as well as on the desktop.
In addition to the hotkeys, the “Screen Recorder” button is located in the lower left corner of the interface.
The function is also available in the interface: “VK Play Game Center” button → “Record video” button.
Location of screen recordings in VK Play
1. Launch the VK Play app and log in to your account, if necessary.
2. In the top left corner, click on “VK Play Game Center” to open the list of features.
3. In the menu that appears, press the “My screenshots and videos” button to open the built-in gallery.
4. Hover your cursor over the desired screenshot and press the three-dot button.
5. In the menu that appears, click on “Open in folder“ button, so that it can be sent to someone.
Publication of video clips in VK Play
1. Launch the VK Play app and log in to your account, if necessary.
2. In the top left corner, click on “VK Play Game Center” to open the list of features.
3. In the menu that appears, press the “My screenshots and videos” button to open the built-in gallery.
4. In the window that appears, select the video and click the “Post to Community” button.
5. A new window will appear again. Enter the required data and click the “Post” button.
6. Your video will then be published in the community feed of the VK Play platform.
