Server access blocked: investigation

How is this ban issued?

These types of account suspensions are issued by the Game Security Department when suspicious activity is detected on an account.

These suspensions are issued to protect the account while we investigate the suspicious activity on it.

What to do if you get banned?

In order to review this restriction, you must submit a request through our support center.

Please follow these steps:

1. Enable two-factor authentication, depending on your platform.
2. Send a ticket to our technical support and attach the filled in form to it.

Please note! You must create the support ticket from the account where the character is located.

Creating a ticket

While creating a ticket please follow these steps: 

1. Choose the category of the ticket «Blocking and complaints».
2. Choose the nature of the ticket «Server access blocked: investigation».
3. Fill out the other boxes.
4. In case you use the Steam platform, please attach the screenshots of the recent login history.
