MSInfo32 and DxDiag reports

Creating the MSInfo32 system report

1. Press Win + R. Enter the command “MSInfo32” (without quotation marks) and press OK.

2. In the System Information window that appears, select File > Export.

3. Choose your desktop as the destination and name the file “MSInfo32” (without quotation marks).

4. Press “Save” and send us the file if necessary.

Creating the DxDiag system report

1. Press Win + R. Enter the command “DxDiag” (without quotation marks) and press OK.

2. Wait for the data to load in the DirectX Diagnostic Tool window that appears.

3. Select the “Check for WHQL Digital Signatures” checkbox, then press “Save All Information”.

4. Choose your desktop as the destination and name the file “DxDiag” (without quotation marks).

5. Press “Save” and send us the file if necessary.
