Support Centre Regulations

General Terms

1.1. The Support Centre Regulations is a set of rules governing the submission of requests to the EXBO Technical Support Centre (hereinafter referred to as the "Technical Support").
1.2. This set of rules is an integral part of the existing licence agreement of the EXBO East Company.
1.3. By visiting this resource, you automatically agree to all applicable rules. Ignorance of them does not exempt you from responsibility.
1.4. All paragraphs of this set of rules fully apply to all Users, including you, EXBO Employees, Bots and Systems, Company Projects, and so on.
1.5. The Lead Support Agent reserves the right to change the existing rules at any time without any notice to Users.
1.6. EXBO's employees shall not be held liable for actions performed by the User. Responsibility lies solely with their performer.
1.7. The severity of the violation and the length of the penalty is determined by the Technical Support Staff in accordance with this set of rules.
1.8. For a minor violation of any paragraph of the Rules, the Technical Support Staff has the right to issue a warning to the User instead of the prescribed penalty, followed by the closing of the appeal.
1.9. In the case of any disputes arising in relation to the work of the Technical Support, the final decision remains with the Lead Support Agent.
1.10. The rules do not cover all situations of misbehavior and work on a precedent system. The decision to penalize in such cases will be made by the Lead Support Agent.
1.11. In case of disagreement with the actions of one or another Technical Support Agent, you may leave a complaint about them by writing to [email protected] It will be considered within 30 days.
1.12. A Technical Support Agent has a right not to notify in writing and/or orally the User about the restrictions imposed in relation to their Account due to violation of the rules by the User.
1.13. The Lead Support Agent reserves the right to amend the time limits of blocking at their own discretion.
1.14. The penalty for a violation of the rules consists in blocking the ability to submit requests.

Users are not allowed to

2.1. Send images, audio, video, various files, and verbal descriptions falling under the prohibition in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation. This includes propaganda of illegal substances and narcotics, suicide, death threats in real life, as well as mentioning forbidden organizations that violate and/or have previously violated the Laws of the Russian Federation and/or International Laws. For example, the use in messages different versions of Nazi symbols, names and/or abbreviations, designations, positions, and titles.
Penalty: blocking of appeals from 30 days to permanent blocking.
2.2. Insult anyone, including in a disguised manner, use abundant profanity, including disguised profanity, publish provocations, and use pejorative nicknames and insults based on race, nationality, religion, gender, or other characteristics.
Penalty: blocking of appeals from 7 days to permanent blocking.
2.3. Spam, offtop, flood, that is to send messages of the same type with low content that has no relation to the Technical Support and have no sense.
Penalty: blocking of appeals from 7 to 30 days.
2.4. Send messages that have advertising character, as well as containing links to unverified, malware and/or suspicious Resources.
Penalty: blocking of appeals from 30 days to permanent blocking.
2.5. Post messages with the character of begging, that is, requests to send real money and/or transfer any Game Values.
Penalty: blocking of appeals from 7 to 30 days.
2.6. Resort to disrespectful communication with Support Agents.
Penalty: blocking of appeals from 7 to 30 days.
2.7. Send images, videos, files and/or text descriptions containing pornographic and/or erotic materials, violent colour changes, shocking and/or inappropriate content, audio and video files with extremely high volume, or links to such kind of information in any form and/or manifestation.
Penalty: blocking of appeals from 30 days to permanent blocking.
2.8. Repeatedly create and duplicate the same requests or make similar requests, in order to obtain a different response from the Technical Support.
Penalty: blocking of appeals from 7 days to permanent blocking.
2.9. To deliberately mislead or deceive the Support Agents.
Penalty: blocking of appeals from 30 days to permanent blocking.
2.10. Impersonate of another User and/or EXBO employee.
Penalty: blocking of appeals from 30 days to permanent blocking.
